Abigayle Wolski, native of New Jersey, holds a Masters in Dance Education from the Rutgers Graduate School of Education and her B.F.A in Dance Performance from Mason Gross School of Performing Arts, Rutgers University. Currently, Abigayle is developing and leading the dance program at Veterans Middle School and North Arlington High School, located in North Arlington, New Jersey. Abigayle is an active member of the National Dance Education Organization (NDEO) and has been inducted into the National Honor Society for Dance Arts in both secondary and collegiate level. Through her early years of dancing, Abigayle performed at Madison Square Garden and KTU’s Beatstock. Abigayle is an alumn from Middlesex County Vocational and Technical school for Dance, where she trained under the direction of Cleo Mack, and has performed works by Blair Ritchie, Michelle Robinson, Kimani Fowlin, and Ramya Ramnarayan. While at Rutgers, Abigayle has had the opportunity to work with choreographers such as Doug Elkins, Randy James, Paul Ocampo, Barbara Angeline, John Evans, Chien-Ying Wang, Ani Javian, Yin Yue Repertory, Alexandra Beller, and the Bill T. Jones/Arnie Zane Repertory. Abigayle holds her Vinyasa Yoga training certification through OM Factory 200hr yoga training at Rutgers University and her Animal Flow certification. During her studies, Abigayle studied at Dance Italia, located in Lucca, Italy, where she worked with prestigious companies, Crystal Pite and Batsheva. Abigayle has recently worked alongside Hollie Palmisano, LAT, performing DAFT research at Mason Gross School of Performing Arts at Rutgers University. Abigayle strives to foster a positive learning environment that is a source for individuality, virtuosity, and personal expression.
